How returns, exchanges and refunds work at Anonna Mart.
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
- Food items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or expired.
- Unstitched fabric that has been cut cannot be returned.
Approved refunds are sent via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer within 7 working days.
